  • 1. Start you Mobile Phone
  • 2. Make sure the Phone has access to Internet
  • 3. Download and Install Pledge below

Download and install Pledge by Blackberry Desktop Manager

  • 1. Download the Pledge file and unzip the contents
  • 2. Connect your device to your computer
  • 3. Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager
  • 4. Click Application Loader
  • 5. Click Start in Add/Remove Applications or Update Software
  • 6. If necessary, perform the following actions:
  • If the Device Security Password dialog box appears, type your device password. Click Next
  • If the Communication Port Selection dialog box appears, specify a communications port. Click Next
  • 7. Click Next
  • 8. Click Browse. Double-click the “PledgeBlackberry_2-0-2.alx”
  • 9. Click Next
  • 10. Click Finish
