User Provisioning

Opacus User Provisioning makes it easy for the administrators. All user management can continue to be made in the user store and Opacus will synchronize the users and groups to Google Apps. Opacus supports e-mail distribution lists and is event based. This makes synchronization instant and perfect for migration situations.

Federation

Federation is a function that’s redirects the users back to the local user store for authorization when the users are accessing Google Apps. With no password stored in the Google Apps and all authorization made locally the security level kept high.

Single Sign-On

Single Sign-On is enabling users to automatically sign on to Google Apps as if it where a local application. Just login to your computer and Opacus will handle the sign on to Google Apps. Secure Login

Opacus Secure Login provides two-factor authentication for users outside the companies secure network. In example, users on business trips or users accessing Google Apps from their private computer will be challenge with a One Time Password delivered by Cell Phone or a Soft Token. This raises the security level without adding expensive hardware tokens.
